Whereas, a new classification of Health and Wellness Coordinator was created, and
Whereas, the Office of Human Resources completed a job study for the classification of Health and Wellness Coordinator, and
Whereas, the result of the job study instructs that rate of pay for the new classification of Health and Wellness Coordinator be established at the rate set forth in Grade 018, of Employee Group 06, the Professional Employees Association Salary Schedule, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Section 6.03.3(5), that the rate of pay for the new classification of Health and Wellness Coordinator be established at the rate set forth in Grade 018, of Employee Group 06, the Professional Employees Association Salary Schedule, and that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
