Title

Amending the financing and spending plans in the Police Department in the amount of $70,000 for the 2018 Americorps State and Territory Commission - Leaders Corps sub-grant from ServeMinnesota.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department was has received a sub-grant from the Corporation for National and Community Services (CNCS) through the State Service Commission, ServeMinnesota (RES 18-1359); and

WHEREAS, the 2018 financing and spending plan needs to be amended and activity budget added for these funds; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $70.000 in excess of those estimated in the 2018 budget and recommends the following changes; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council approves these changes to the 2018 budget.
