Approving the polling location change for Ward 1, Precincts 12 and 13 for the November 6, 2018 general election.

WHEREAS, the elections staff has that the Dayton Avenue Presbyterian Church was sold and is under renovation so it is not available for use as a polling location, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 204B.16, the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves the following change for the 2018 general election.
Ward 1 Precinct 12 and Ward 1 Precinct 13
Current location: Dayton Avenue Presbyterian Church
Proposed location: Martin Luther King Recreation Center
AND BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, should further changes occur in the polling locations between the date of this resolution and November 6, 2018, the Ramsey County Election Office is hereby authorized to find appropriate locations in which to hold the election. A postal notification will be sent to all registered voters affected by the changes.
