Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release of the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul Public Works Tort Liability Fund 1-23031500-74205-3123081000-74205 to American Family Insurance Company as Subrogee of Patrick Duffy, the amount of ten thousand nine hundred twenty-four dollars and eighty-nine cents ($10,924.89) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim from a vehicle accident that occurred on or about the 23rd day of January, 2018, at or near, Saint Paul, MN.
