Pertaining to an agreement with Control Assemblies Company to complete conversion to a new SCADA platform.

WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul desires to obtain professional services required for the conversion of SCADA platform software; and
WHEREAS, the Board had authorized City Contract No. 1208, a professional services agreement with Control Assemblies Company to perform phase one work required for this conversion at its March 2017 meeting; and
WHEREAS, Control Assemblies Company faithfully and satisfactorily performed the services required under City Contract No. 1208; and
WHEREAS, a second phase of work is needed to fully complete the conversion; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to hire the same firm, Control Assemblies Company, to perform this phase two work at a cost not to exceed $73,894; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby requests that City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis process an agreement with Control Assemblies Company to complete the conversion to a new water treatment SCADA platform at a cost not to exceed $73,894, and to include all other terms and conditions as may be required; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement following approval by the assistant city attorney.
