RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Robin Kirkland Neal and his attorney Oliver E. Nelson, the total sum of Ninety Thousand Dollars and no cents ($90,000.00) in full and final settlement in Robin Kirkland Neal v. City of Saint Paul for damages and attorney’s fees arising from the incident occurring on June 6, 2012.
