Approving the Mayor’s appointments of Danielle Swift and Robert Clarksen to their first three-year terms on the Board of Zoning Appeals.

WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 61.203 states that the Board of Zoning Appeals consists of nine (9) members appointed by the mayor with the consent of the council; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two vacant seats on the Board of Zoning Appeals, and
WHEREAS, Mayor Carter wishes to appoint Danielle Swift and Robert Clarksen to the Board of Zoning Appeals for their first terms ending on July 10, 2021; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to the appointment of Danielle Swift and Robert Clarksen to three-year terms ending July 10, 2021 as commissioners on the Board of Zoning Appeals.
