Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department in the amount of $700 for a donation received from Coulee Bank.
Body
WHEREAS, Coulee Bank wishes to donate $700 to the Fire Department to purchase supplies for fire prevention and Project Safe Haven; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department would like to accept this donation from Coulee Bank; and
WHEREAS, the spending and financing plans have not been established for the donation received; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $700 in excess of those estimated in the 2018 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additional changes be made to the 2018 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, tha the Saint Paul City Council accepts this donation of $700 to be used to purchase supplies for fire prevention and Project Safe Haven, thanks Coulee Bank for it generous gift, and approve the changes to the 2018 budget.
