Approving reinstatement of the Auto Repair Garage and Second Hand Dealer-Motor Vehicle license held by Phoenix Auto, d/b/a 3B Auto Sales at 1176 Dale Street North.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council revoked the Auto Repair Garage and Second- Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle licenses held by Phoenix Auto, d/b/a 3B Auto Sales for the premises located at 1176 Dale Street North in RES 18-241; and
WHEREAS, the revocation was pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 270C.72, subd. 1, which requires the revocation of business licenses when the licensee owes delinquent taxes to the State; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Revenue has notified the City of Saint Paul, Department of Safety and Inspections, that as of June 1, 2018 the license revocation notice for these licenses is being withdrawn; and
WHEREAS, the basis for the original revocation has been satisfied; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the February 14, 2018 revocation of the Auto Repair Garage and Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle licenses held by Phoenix Auto, d/b/a 3B Auto Sales is hereby rescinded and the licenses are reinstated.
