Waiving the 45-day notice requirement and three-hundred (300) foot separation distance requirement from a protected use in order to approve Liquor On Sale -100 Seats or less and Liquor On Sale-Sunday licenses to Manana Restaurant, LLC, d/b/a Manana Restaurant, LLC (License ID #20180001385) at 798 7th Street East.

WHEREAS, Manana Restaurant, LLC d/b/a Manana Restaurant, LLC (License ID 20180001385) requested a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and three-hundred (300) foot separation distance requirement from a protected use as outlined in Saint Paul Legislative Code § 409.06 (n), in order to approve a Liquor On Sale -100 Seats or less and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license; and
WHEREAS, DSI received a letter from the Dayton’s Bluff Community Council indicating no objection to approval of a Liquor On Sale -100 Seats or less and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license; and
WHEREAS, a notice was sent to all property owners within three hundred and fifty (350) feet of the licensed premises and no objections were received; and
WHEREAS, St. John Lutheran Church, located within three-hundred (300) feet of the licensed premises, submitted a signed a petition consenting to the waiver and approval of Liquor On Sale -100 Seats or less and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny the waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and three-hundred (300) foot separation distance requirement or the licenses; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, the 45-day notice requirement and three-hundred (300) foot separation distance requirement from a protected use as outlined in § 409.06 (n) of the Saint Paul Legislative Code are waived and a Liquor On Sale -100 Seats or less and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license are hereby granted to Manana Restaurant, LLC d/b/a Manana Restaurant, LLC (License ID #20180001385) for the premises located at 798 7th Street East in Saint Paul with the following ...
