Body

WHEREAS on March 21, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 18-12 to delete the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration Fees billed during January 11 to October 20, 2017. (File No. VB1806, Assessment No. 188805); and

WHEREAS, the property at 445 Mount Ida Street, being described as: Warren & Winslows Addition to the Town of St Paul Ex E 10 Ft Lot 16 Blk 8, with the property identification number 32-29-22-22-0023 was assessed an amount of $2,284; and

WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the fee as it was assessed in error.  The rehab was completed within a week of the anniversary date;

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $2,284, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 18-12 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
