WHEREAS on May 2, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 18-27, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during November 27 to December 22, 2017. (File No. J1805P, Assessment No. 188404); and
WHEREAS, the property at 218 Seventh Street East, being described as: Lot 9 Block 3 of Whitney and Smiths Addition Ex Part of Tracts B, C & E as listed in Doc. #2280802; Tracts B, C & E and all of Tracts A, D & F in Registered Land Survey 402 & in SD Whitney and Smiths Addition Ex Part of Basement, Street and Mezzanine levels as listed in Doc #2280802; Lots 1 & Subj to alley Lot 2 Blk 7, with the property identification number 31-29-22-44-0518 was assessed an amount of $192.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there has been a graffiti waiver on file since March 7, 2018;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $192.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 18-27 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
