WHEREAS on May 2, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 18-27, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during November 27 to December 22, 2017. (File No. J1805P, Assessment No. 188404); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1241 Pierce Butler Route, being described as: Lot 6 Block 1 of Pease Bros' Rearr of Blk 1 Subj to Northern Rte Lots 6 Thru Lot 14 Blk 1, with the property identification number 27-29-23-42-0088 was assessed an amount of $222.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there is a graffiti waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $222.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 18-27 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
