RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Elisea Cervantes Anzures and her attorney, Thomas B. Schway, Schway Law the total sum of Forty-Five Thousand Dollars and no cents ($45,000.00) in full and final settlement in civil case no. 82-CV-15-4451.
