WHEREAS, in the matter of the the Appeal of Ardis Hafdahl, Halverson and Blaiser Group, to Graffiti Abatement Orders at 2103 WABASH AVENUE and 2120 MYRTLE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to May 1, 2018 to comply with the graffiti abatement on the cinderblock section of the wall and grant to August 1, 2018 to comply with the rest of the graffiti abatement as a part of the tuckpointing plan for the site; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
