WHEREAS on March 7, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 18-8, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during September 23 to November 8, 2017 at 481 Front Avenue. (File No. J1803P, Assessment No. 188402); and
WHEREAS, the property at 481 Front Avenue, being described as: Lot 4 of Sanborn’s Subdivision of, Lot 4 part of Neuru & Wallraff’s Addn Lying S of Hatch Ave & Part of Lot 42 Wilkin & Heywards Outlots All Lying W of a Line Desc as Beg at a Pt on the Sly R/W Line of Hatch Ave 16.55 Ft E of W Line of E 12 of Neuru & Waffraff’s Addn Thence S 0 Deg 14 Min 46 Sec E 53.35 Ft Thence S 89 Deg 51 Min 41 Sec E 2.07 Ft Thence S 0 Deg 11 Min 41 Sec W 50.66 Ft Thence N 89 Deg 39 Min 07 Sec E 6.49 Ft Thence S 0 Deg 06 Min 37 Sec W 47.18 Ft to the S Line of SD Lot 42 and there term & together with in SD Sandborn’s Subdiv of Lot 41 Wilkins & Heywards Outlots, Lot 4 thru Lot 12, with the property identification number 25-29-23-24-0206 was assessed an amount of $383.38; and
WHEREAS, owner contacted staff at City Council and stated a waiver was sent in. After checking City record, there is a graffiti waiver on file since November 30, 2017;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $383.38, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 18-8 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
