Approving adverse action against the Auto Repair Garage license held by Mary Fasching, d/b/a MF Automotive at 1728 Selby Avenue. (To be withdrawn)

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Auto Repair Garage license held by Mary Fasching d/b/a M F Automotive (License ID #0014762) for the premises located at 1728 Selby Avenue in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Violation sent March 14, 2018; and

 

WHEREAS, on February 28, 2018, in response to a complaint received, an inspector from the Department of Safety and Inspections came to the licensed premises; and

 

WHEREAS, during the course of the inspection, the inspector documented with photographs a trailer and twenty-two (22) vehicles parked on the premises in violation of license condition #1 which only allows sixteen (16) vehicles; and

 

WHEREAS, as a result of the number of vehicles on the premises access into and egress out of the property was obstructed in violation of license condition #1; and

 

WHEREAS, the licensing office recommended a $500.00 matrix penalty; and

 

WHEREAS, the licensee responded to the Notice of Violation with a request for a public hearing which was scheduled on April 18, 2018; so therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, Mary Fasching d/b/a M F Automotive is hereby ordered to pay a $500.00 matrix penalty as a result of a license condition violation documented by a DSI Inspector during a complaint-based inspection on February 28, 2018.

 

Payment of such penalty shall be made within thirty (30) days of the date of the adoption of this resolution.
