WHEREAS on March 21, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted RES PH 18-21, said resolution being the ratification of assessment for the replacement of sanitary sewer services within the right-of-way as part of the Raymond Avenue, Phase III street paving and lighting project. (File No. 19190C, Assessment No. 186001); and
WHEREAS, the condominiums located at 1119 Raymond Avenue, being described as: Condominium Number 248 St. Anthony Park Condominium, with the property identification numbers 29-29-23-12-0070, 29-29-23-12-0071, 29-29-23-12-0072, and 29-29-23-12-0073, were assessed an amount of $2,112.21 each for the sanitary sewer connection; and
WHEREAS, the cost for the connection was charged to each parcel and should have been divided, the assessment should have been $735.21 per parcel; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services staff recommends reducing the assessment; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 18-21 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
