Approving the final plat for EMJA Gunderson Addition at 1637-1651 Maryland Avenue East.
Body
WHEREAS, Eric Gunderson, in File No. 17-220-760, has submitted for City Council approval the attached final plat for subdivision of property at 1637-1651 Maryland Avenue E., between Herbert and Kennard, for EMJA Gunderson Addition to create two parcels (zoned R3); and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the plat and found, without conditions, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat associated with this final plat on October 4, 2017 after a duly noticed public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached final plat for EMJA Gunderson Addition, at 1637-1651 Maryland Avenue E., between Herbert and Kennard;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall provide a copy of this resolution to the Applicant.
