Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 642 IGLEHART AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 17-103.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 17-103 on January 3, 2018 which granted an extension to March 3, 2018 to abate the nuisance conditions at 642 Iglehart Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on March 6, 2017 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
