WHEREAS on February 7, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council Files RLH AR 17-107 & RLH TA 17-566, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up during August 2017 at 1683 Maryland Avenue East. (File No. J1803A1, Assessment No. 188504).

WHEREAS, the property at 1683 Maryland Avenue East, being described as: Gerardines Garden Lots E 1/2 of Lot 25, with the property identification number 22-29-22-44-0140 was assessed an amount of $862.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $862 to $431; however, this recommendation was not amended due to staff error; Now, Therefore Be It,

RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH AR 17-107 & RLH TA 17-566 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
