Authorizing the City to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with Ramsey County for the Ford Parkway Bridge Erosion Remedy and Mississippi River Boulevard Outfall Reconstruction Project.

WHEREAS, Ramsey County Cooperative Agreement PUBW2017-05R defines the engineering, administrative, and construction cost participation responsibilities of Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul for implementation of the Ford Parkway Bridge Erosion Remedy and Mississippi River Boulevard Outfall Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, Council Resolution Public Hearing 17-156 authorized the project and amended the budget to provide Saint Paul’s share of the project cost.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PUBW2017-05R, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
