WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 18-275 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for the 2017 Street Maintenance Service Program-Mill and Overlay: Johnson Parkway from East Shore Drive to Phalen Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 4, 2018 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the 2017 Street Maintenance Service Program-Mill and Overlay: Johnson Parkway from East Shore Drive to Phalen Boulevard; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in ten (10) equal installments.
