BE IT RESOLVED that upon proper execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul and Dailen Walker, the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Department Tort liability Fund, 1-10041100-74205-4110013000-74205, the sum of twenty thousand dollars and no cents ($20,000.00); and from the City of Saint Paul Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205, the sum of forty-two thousand dollars and no cents ($42,000.00), for a total of sixty-two thousand dollars and no cents ($62,000.00), payable to Trahern J. Crews and his attorney of record, Michael J. Fay, Fay & Associates, LLC in full and final settlement of all claims of Trahern J. Crews that are as a result of a vehicle accident on or about August 1, 2017, at or near Maryland Avenue and Arundel Street, St. Paul, MN.
