Purpose of Appeal: We store our summer items on yard and item 31 isn't undrivable it'sa a pull along trailer/camper and we get tabs in spring before we use it. Other neighbors in city also have their summer items stored in their yards. I think this person is wrong. We are in process of receiving quotes to resurface portion of our land.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ward Jefferson to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 798 IGLEHART AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) grant to February March 1, 2018 to remove the pallets and move the vehicles to the rear of the house and place tabs on the vehicles and 2) grant to January 1, 2019 to a) begin construction under permit; b) remove the vehicles or c) tie the property PINs together and improve the parking surface; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
