Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 689 CONWAY STREET in Council Files RLH RR 15-44 & RLH RR 17-14.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 15-44 on November 2, 2016 and RLH RR 17-14 on May 10, 2017 which granted an extension to 360-days to abate the nuisance conditions at 689 Conway Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 16, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; however, legislative hearing officer is recommending the Council grant an additional 90 days to complete the rehabilitation and continue the two $5,000 performance deposits pending abatement in that time period; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer.
