Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department for the Minnesota Task Force One team reimbursement from the City of Edina in the amount of $91,854.97.
Body
WHEREAS. the Fire Department will be reimbursed by the City of Edina for equipment and training for the Saint Paul Fire Department Minnesota Task Force One team which took place between April - June 2017; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of equipment and training is $$91,854.97; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the reimbursement; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $91,854.97 in excess of those estimated in the 2017 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additions be made to the 2017 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the changes to the 2017 budget.
