Purpose of Appeal:   The back property space has been dirt or gravel during the life of the property and has provided appropriate accomodation for tenants. Teh property has been inspected numerous times inthe past and most recentlyin Dec.2016 without any issues noted for parking. Believes parking is within the proper requirements for historical consturction.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  This hearing was initially sent through as a correction order for an 11 a.m. hearing.  I changed it to be a fire c of o appeal and it will be re-scheduled. -Marcia

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Eric Eddy, E&K Real Estate Invesments, LLC to a Correction Order at 1004 FULLER AVE.

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until November 1, 2017 for compliance with the parking surface orders; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
