Amending Council File RLH AR 17-36 to delete the assessment for Graffiti Removal services during January 17 to February 3, 2017 for 51 AVON STREET SOUTH. (File No. J1707P, Assessment No. 178406)

WHEREAS on June 7, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 17-36, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during January 17 to February 3, 2017. (File No. J1707P, Assessment No. 178406); and
WHEREAS, the property at 51 Avon Street South, being described as: Apartment ownership No 34 Avon Place Condo Unit No 21, with the property identification number 02-28-23-42-0132 was assessed an amount of $215.46; and
WHEREAS, Office of Financial Services staff recommends deleting the assessment because the property has 6 individual Parcel ID numbers with different owners and the building does not have a common area pin. Along the line, the system picked the first pin which is incorrect. The primary active address shouldn’t exist unless the office knows the association/president of the whole building. And a graffiti waiver has been sent to Durand & Associates, 152 Hardman Ave S, South St Paul, MN 55075;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $215.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 17-36 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
