Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1486 THIRD STREET EAST in Council File SAO 17-24.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 17-24 on May 17, 2017 which granted an extension to June 2, 2017 to abate the nuisance conditions of the wood pile and other improper stored materials in the rear yard at 1486 Third Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 6, 2017 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
