WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 17-681 accepted the Report of Completion for above-standard street lighting along Wall Street between 5^th Street and 7^th Street.  The annual operation and maintenance costs for said lighting to be assessed to benefitted properties.

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 21, 2017 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
