WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 17-547 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for parking lot improvements done as part of the Payne Avenue & Bedford Street area project. The improvement was done to Morelli’s parking located at 535 Tedesco Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 21, 2017 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
