RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves the Settlement Agreement and Release with Werner Enterprises, Inc. of Nebraska as full and final settlement of all claims arising out of or related to the occurrences and transactions alleged in the summons and complaint regarding an accident on May 19, 2015, and hereby authorizes the City Attorney’s Office to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Board.
