Authorizing the Police Department to enter into a Facilities Use Agreement, which includes an indemnification clause, with the State of Minnesota, Dakota County.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department requests authorization to enter into Facilities Use Agreement with the State of Minnesota, Dakota County Technical Colleges for facilities provided to the department for emergency vehicle operations training from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Facilities Use Agreement with the State of Minnesota includes an indemnification clause; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes Assistant Chief Kathleen A.Wuorinen and the proper city officials to execute and implement the agreement with the State of Minnesota which includes an indemnification clause.
