RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Sapientia Law Group Trust Account, the total sum of twenty nine thousand, five hundred dollars and no cents ($29,500.00) in full and final settlement of civil court file number 13-cv-3562 (DWF/TNL) for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys’ fees regarding the access to Amy Krekelberg’s information in the Driver and Vehicle Services database.
