Pertaining to a Fourteenth Rider to Agreement with the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners to allow installation and maintenance of a roundabout intersection at Rice Creek Parkway and County Road I in the city of Shoreview.

WHEREAS, Board is owner of a sixty foot wide right-of-way located in the South half of the SW quarter of Section 04, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey, having entered into an Agreement with the Board of Water Commissioners dated June 6, 1966, for the purposes of locating certain public works within the Board’s property in Ramsey County, desires at this time permission to enter upon said right-of-way and to thereupon replace existing roadway with a roundabout at the intersection of Rice Creek Parkway and County Road I (CSAH 3); and
WHEREAS, the Board is willing to grant said permission, consistent with the requirements and safety of the works of the Board; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared a Fourteenth Rider to Agreement which grants permission for said activities, and which protects the Board’s rights, interests and facilities, and the assistant city attorney has approved it as to form; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners does hereby approve the Fourteenth Rider to Agreement with the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners in substantially the form submitted, and that the proper officers are hereby directed and authorized to execute said Rider on behalf of the Board following approval of the assistant city attorney.
