Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department - Sewer Division's Tort Liability Fund 1-64031701-74205 to Patricia M. Busch, the amount of eight thousand six hundred fifty-nine dollars and no cents ($8,659.00) in full and final settlement of their property damage claim that occurred on or about the 22nd day of December, 2015, in Saint Paul, MN.
