WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 17-176 accepted the Report of Completion for Public Works Program for the Repair of Sanitary Sewer Line on Private Properties requested by the Property Owner during the time period of October to December 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on March 15, 2017 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is herby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment is be payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
