Authorizing the acceptance of a grant from the Saint Paul Foundation, and amending the financing and spending plans in the Library Agency.
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency has been awarded a grant from The Saint Paul Foundation in the amount of $25,000 for the Sprockets program for “Strengthening Leadership and Supporting Quality”; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans for these additional monies needs to be established; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.7.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $25,000 in excess of those estimated in the 2017 budget and recommends the changes to the 2017 budget described in the attached fiscal analysis; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Library Board approves the changes to the 2017 Adopted Budget, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said budget, as heretofore adopted by the Library Board is hereby amended as indicated in the attached fiscal analysis form.
