Authorizing the Police Department Ordnance Disposal Unit to share in costs including the purchase of water for participants of training exercises.
Body
WHEREAS, the Police Department’s Ordnance Disposal Unit participates in training exercises with multi-jurisdictional law enforcement agencies and bomb disposal units; and
WHEREAS, the costs relating to these trainings are shared amongst the participating agencies and including in the costs is the purchase of water for the participants from Premium Waters, Inc., Minneapolis, Minnesota; and
BE IT ORDERED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to pay the costs in 2017 associated with the above, not to exceed $500 from Accounting Unit 10023200; Activity 2310041700.
