Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during August 1 to 31, 2016. (File No. J1702A, Assessment No. 178501)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 16-1609 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the tine period of August 1 to August 31, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 18, 2017 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter and Chapter 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 16-532: 639 Blair Avenue;
RLH TA 16-520: 959 Burr Street;

RLH TA 16-528: 194 Cesar Chavez Street;
RLH TA 16-533: 1149 Forest Street;
RLH TA 16-540: 2059 Idaho Avenue;
RLH TA 16-541: 1016 Iglehart Avenue;
RLH TA 16-516: 840 Jessamine Avenue East;
