Comments: 8/16/17 PO Doug called and left a voice message around 4:30pm admitting he received my voice message but did not call back. Parks was on site in the morning and cleaned most of the yard, the owner was threatening so they left. I received a call from the Parks crew leader who informed me the owner will call me and that they were not able to complete the orders. I explained I have orders on the vehicles with a recheck of next week and if there is still debris under the exterior stairs and yard, I will send a new summary abatement. The crew leader advised the owner to remove the remaining debris/The owner stated the tenant is suing him and is stealing his mail, however the owner has a PO Box/LM

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Property Clean Up services during August 1 to 31, 2016. (File No. J1702A, Assessment No. 178501) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and
