WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Joseph Zimlich to a Summary Abatement Order at 880 ROSE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommends that
1) 75% of the storage on the roof of the garage addition is removed in by February 1;
2) the balance of the items on the roof should be removed by March 1;
3) illegal exerior storage on the ground should be deceased by 50% by April 1, beginning with the storage under the garage addition;
4) the balance of the illegally stored exterior items should be removed by May 1;
5) as a condtion of the extensions, a building inspection of the the garage should occur by June 1 in order to ensure its long-term structural stability; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
