Amending Council File RLH FCO 16-62, adopted July 6, 2016, to grant Heather and Steve O'Malley, d/b/a Milton Investment, an additional extension for property at 2228 CARTER AVENUE.
Body
WHEREAS, on July 6, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 16-62, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice for property at 2228 Carter Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council 1) grant to November 15, 2016 for the retaining wall associated with the area well and exterior stair area; 2) grant to July 1, 2017 for repair of the rest of the retaining walls noted in the orders; and 3) these extensions are conditioned upon the use of a certified survey and the repair and/or replacement work being done under permit with plans and specifications sealed by an engineer registered in the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellants are requesting additional extension for the compliance with the retaining wall issue; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was conducted on December 13, 2016 to discuss the matter; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby is forthcoming.
