Approving adverse action against the Taxicab Driver license held by Anthony Allan Jara.

WHEREAS, the Taxicab Driver license held by Anthony Allan Jara (License ID# 20100004374) for the City of Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend License dated November 23, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the licensee was convicted for five (5) separate moving violations between March 11, 2014 and September 19, 2015; and
WHEREAS, as a result of these convictions, per Saint Paul Legislative Code § 376.16 (e) (5) (c), the licensing office recommended license suspension; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License to request a public or administrative hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that if the licensee failed to request a public or administrative hearing by December 5, 2016, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Taxicab Driver license held by Anthony Allan Jara is hereby suspended.
