Title

Appeal of Patricia Spann to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 731 VAN BUREN AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH: November 1, 2016; 2:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal: looking for clarification of requirements

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: October 11, 2016

Inspector/Key Staff: Matt Dornfeld

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Appellant submitted NSF check which went unaddressed.  LHO recommended waiver of VB fee and made referral to SMRLS where tenant said she would seek assistance.  All tenant needed to do to continue LH process was to pay $30 NSF fee incurred by city.  As it stands, this is an incomplete application. -MM
