Purpose of Appeal: We purchased this proper August 2014. It's listed as 4 bedrooms. Please see attached listing information. The bedrooms are now completed with egress windows. We like to have it be used as bedrooms.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Haung told staff that she is only appealing the ceiling height. Per Legislative Hearing Officer, the fee is not required on ceiling height alone, as the matter will be referred to the Building Official.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Daisy Haung to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 436 MINNEHAHA AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
