RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of five hundred thousand dollars and no cents ($500,000.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff’s claims in Delmer V. Fladwood and Roxanne Fladwood v. City of St. Paul, for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys’ fees regarding the incident on January 4, 2013.
