WHEREAS, on July 20, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 16-24, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate at 669 York Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until September 1, 2016 to address the painting order, noting all other violations appear to be compliance; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the painting awaiting owner’s contractor to finish the job; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to October 31, 2016.
