Authorizing the Police Department to enter into a License Agreement with RK Midway Shopping Center, LLC to use and occupy a space at the Midway Shopping Center.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department wishes to enter into a License Agreement with RK Midway Shopping Center, LLC for use and occupy space #27 in the Midway Shopping Center, 1562 University Avenue in St. Paul; and
WHEREAS, the term of this agreement is from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 with a one year automatic renewal for a fee of $0.00; and
WHEREAS, the department will use the space as a sub-station/field office; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the council approves entering into and authorizes Assistant Chief Kathleen A. Wuorinen to implement the attached license agreement with RK Midway Shopping Center, LLC.
